The Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account or use the features of our App. The information we collect includes:

  • Account Information: When you register, we may ask for your email address, name, or other details to create your user profile.
  • Voice and Video Data: The core feature of our App involves AI video calls. To provide this service, we must collect and process your spoken audio and, if the feature is enabled, your video feed during these calls. This data is used to analyze your speech, provide feedback, and power the AI conversation.
  • Learning and Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as lessons completed, performance scores, fluency metrics, and other learning progress indicators.

Collection of Non-Personal Information

When you use the App, our servers automatically record information that your mobile device sends. This data may include your device's IP address, device type and model, operating system type and version, language preferences, unique device identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Android Advertising ID), App version, access times and dates, and other statistics, including crash reports.

In-App Purchases

All purchases made through the Services, such as subscriptions, are processed by third-party platform providers like Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices). These providers will collect payment information directly from you, such as your name, credit card information, and billing address. We do not have access to or store your full credit card information. We receive confirmation of your purchase from these providers, which may be linked to your Langly account. Any questions or concerns about payment processing should be directed to Apple or Google.

  • Personalize your learning experience and track your progress.
  • Create and manage your user account.
  • Process transactions and send notifications about your account or purchases.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries and offer support.
